Can I use these roaming bundles for voice calls or text?
No, these plans are exclusive for data usage. Voice calls and text messages are not included. Regular US Roaming rate will apply for voice calls and text messages.
Are these roaming bundles compatible with 2G/3G devices?
While these bundles work best with 4G/LTE devices, limited voice capabilities and no data connectivity are available for 2G/3G devices.
Can I repurchase the same plan after exhausting my data allowance?
No, repurchasing the same plan is not possible. However, you can opt for the alternate plan to continue accessing data.
How can I purchase these roaming bundles?
You can purchase these bundles through the MyDigicel App for both prepaid and postpaid users. Postpaid subscribers can also dial *123# to open the bundle menu on their phone.
Do I need to manually select the network upon arrival in the USA?
Yes, it is recommended to restart your device upon arrival and manually select either AT&T or T-Mobile networks through your device settings for the best connection.
