How to activate 4G LTE on your Android smartphone
Ensure your phone is running on the most accessible 4G LTE networks.
How to activate 4G LTE on Samsung phones:
- Open the Settings app.
- Go into Connections.
- Select Mobile networks.
- Tap on Network mode.
- Select at least LTE. You can also turn on 5G option.
Note: A Samsung Galaxy S23 running Android 13 for these steps. Some steps may differ depending on your specific device and software version.
How to activate 4G LTE on your Apple iPhone
How to activate 4G LTE on Apple iPhones:
- Launch the Settings app.
- Go into Cellular.
- Tap on Cellular Data Options.
- Select at least Voice & Data.
- Tap on LTE.

- Go to settings
- Tap cellular
- Cellular Data
- Turn on data
If you're on an Android device:
- Open your phone's Settings app
- Tap Network & internet. Internet
- Next to your carrier, tap Settings
- Turn Mobile data on or off

What is Any Use Data?
Any Use Data is the allowance in your bundle that you can use for anything you like to do that uses data. In addition, some Digicel bundles come with Dedicated Data, which can be used to stream or browse specific sites or apps.
If I turn on Data will it deplete my credit?
No. Digicel no longer supports PAYGO Data.
