For Mobile Postpaid Bill Payments
  1. Log in to your MCB Online Banking account

  2. Go to the Transfers tab

  3. Select Bill Payments.

  4. In the Biller field, search for: Digicel Postpaid Payment (Not Cell) 15367209

  5. In the field Digicel Postpaid Account Number, enter your Account Number*

  6. In the field Payment Reference, enter your Phone Number.

*Your Account Number starts with 17100 followed by six digits and can be found at the top-right corner of your bill.

For Home Internet & TV Bill Payments
  1. Log in to your MCB Online Banking account

  2. Go to the Transfers tab.

  3. Select Bill Payments.

  4. In the Biller field, search for: Tres Networks (Santa Barbara Utilities) 22820602

  5. In the field Customer# at Beneficiary, enter your Account Number*

  6. In the field Payment Reference, enter your Invoice Number**

*Your Account Number starts with 2170100 or 1008400 followed by five digits, and can be found at the top-right corner of your bill

Banco di Caribe

For Mobile Postpaid Bill Payments
  1. Log in to your BDC Online Banking account.

  2. On the home screen, go to the Local & International tab.

  3. In the Beneficiary Name field, enter: Digicel Postpaid Payment (Not Cell) 15367209

  4. In the Beneficiary Account field, enter: 15367209

  5. In the Beneficiary Address field, enter: Biesheuvel 24-25

  6. In the Beneficiary Institution field, select: MCB Bank Curaçao.

  7. In the Payment Detail field, enter your Account Number*

  8. In the Payment Category field, select 3. Other Services: Telecommunication)

  9. Click Next, then Submit.

  10. Return to the home screen and tap the menu (☰) icon.

  11. Go to Payments and Transfers.

  12. Click Manage Transfers.

  13. Select Approve Pending Transfers.

  14. Click the downward arrow next to the amount.

  15. Click the check mark above the reference.

  16. Follow the authorization instructions to complete your payment.

* Note: Your Account Number starts with 17100, followed by six digits. You can find it at the top-right corner of your bill.

For Home Internet & TV Bill Payments
  1. Log in to your BDC Online Banking account.

  2. On the home screen, go to the Local & International tab.

  6. In the field Payment Reference, enter your Phone Number
