Step 4: Fill in your subscriber number at "Digicel Postpaid Account Number" Please do not add any extra information in this tab.

Step 5: Fill in your invoice number at "Payment Reference"

Your subscriber number and invoice number can be found at the top-right of your postpaid bill.

Direct Debit
Have your monthly bill automatically deducted from your bank account. Visit any of our stores to set up your direct debit form. Be sure to bring a valid ID/driver's license/passport and the latest bank statement, showing your name and the corresponding bank account number.
