Can I use these roaming bundles for voice calls or text?
No, these plans are exclusive for data usage. Voice calls and text messages are not included. Regular US Roaming rate will apply for voice calls and text messages.
What happens if I exceed the data limit of my chosen plan?
If you exceed the data limit, postpaid subscribers will automaticaly transition to Pay-As-You-Go Roaming rates, while prepaid subscribers will need to purchase another plan. Postpaid subscribers will be notified with the following notification:
Postpaid SMS 1: 500MB remaining on the roaming Bundle:
You have 500MB left on your USA Roaming Data Plan. We'll notify you when it's exhausted. For uninterrupted data access, consider purchasing a new plan. Pay-As-You-Go rates apply after.
Postpaid SMS 2: Data plan exhausted:
You have exhausted your USA Roaming Data Plan. For seamless data access, purchase a new plan. Pay-As-Yo-Go-Rates apply now. Thank yoU!
Are these roaming bundles compatible with 2G/3G devices?
While these bundles work best with 4G/LTE devices, limited voice capabilities and no data connectivity are available for 2G/3G devices.
Can I repurchase the same plan after exhausting my data allowance?
No, repurchasing the same plan is not possible. However, you can opt for the alternate plan to continue accessing data.
How can I purchase these roaming bundles?
You can purchase these bundles through the MyDigicel App for both prepaid and postpaid users. Postpaid subscribers can also dial *123# to open the bundle menu on their phone.
