What is Disney+?
Disney+ is a video on-demand subscription service that allows subscribers to access exciting, content for the whole family. Access movies at home or on the go via a smartphone or tablet.
What will my Disney+ access include?
Digicel+ Home Fibre customers will have to purchase a Disney+ add-on for $12.99 and will get unlimited access to the best movies and series from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars and National Geographic, all in one place, whenever they want.

How do I request a Disney+ subscription?
To activate your Disney+ subscription with us, simply follow the steps below:
1. Visit the Stores.
2. Call #100 or 300-1000.
3. You will be redirected to the Disney+ website where you will then need to create your Disney+ username and password in order to start watching.
Can I still access Disney+ if I don’t have a Digicel ID?
Unfortunately this is not possible. To access Disney+ with your Digicel+ account, you will need to create your Digicel ID via the My Digicel app or web portal in order for us to verify your subscription.
Digicel customers who already have a Digicel ID tied to their mobile account, will need to add their 12-Digit Digicel+ account number to their profile. Simply select "Add Account" from the menu options and follow the instructions.
Will Disney+ use my mobile data?
Data charges may apply depending on your mobile carrier should you access Disney+ while not connected to our Home Fibre network or a WiFi provider.
