The following are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of these plans:-  

 

1. What are the Postpaid My Plan features?

 The Postpaid My plan features are shown in the table below:

*Fair usage of 300 Anywhere Minutes per day applies

 

Customers should note the following:

·  Digi to Digi means calls to local Digicel numbers including mobile and landline numbers as well as numbers that have been ported from other local networks and are now on Digicel’s network.

·  Anywhere Minutes apply to local calls (i.e. Digicel mobile, non-Digicel mobile and landline numbers), Digicel Caribbean mobile numbers (including Guyana and Jamaica), US and Canada mobile and landline numbers and UK landlines numbers only.

· Late payment will result in the removal of unused rollover minutes and unused rollover data from your account

· Postpaid My Plan customers who have fully utilized their data and minutes allotments can purchase Add-Ons to the plan to access additional services. If the customer is unable to purchase anymore Add-Ons, an automatic message will be sent to call Customer Care by dialling 100 from your Digicel mobile number.

· Calls to the following destinations will be at Digicel’s standard Pay-As-You-Go rates: Antarctica, Ascension, Cook Islands, Cuba, Falkland Islands, Guinea Bissau, Honduras, Saint Helena Sao Tome & Principe, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, as well as satellite phones.

2. What is the HotSpot Data Allowance?

The HotSpot Data Allowance is the portion of your overall data allowance that can be shared with other persons by making your mobile device a hotspot.

 

3. What happens if my HotSpot Data Allowance is depleted before the end of the billing period?

If your Hotspot Data Allowance is depleted before the end of the billing period, you will no longer be able to share data with others.  When your plan renews at the beginning of the next billing period, you will again be able to share data from your Hotspot Data Allowance.

 

4. Where can I use the roaming data included in the My Value Max and My All Inclusive Postpaid Plans?

The roaming data in the My Value Max and My All Inclusive  plans can only be used in Caribbean territories where Digicel has a mobile network. Please refer to Question 6 below for a full list of Digicel Caribbean territories.

 

5. How can I purchase the Postpaid My Plans?

 You can purchase the Postpaid My Plans via any of our retail stores and via our door-to-door sales agents.

7. What will happen if I attempt to access data on my Postpaid My Connect Plan or my Postpaid My Choice Plan whilst roaming in a territory other than Digicel Caribbean?

 You will receive a notification that you are attempting to access roaming data whilst not on a roaming plan. To access roaming data, you can purchase a roaming plan or opt in to the Pay As You Go plan via My Digicel App or by dialling *323#

8. What happens to my package if I am on one of the old Postpaid Prime Bundles?

If you are on a Postpaid Prime Bundle, you can choose to upgrade your bundle to one of the new My Plans by visiting any Digicel Store, calling Customer Care at 100, or click here to use our Live Chat service.  Please note that the old postpaid Prime Bundles  are no longer available for purchase going forward.

 

9. Will my unused minutes and unused data from my old Postpaid plan be transferred to my new plan?

 Yes, your unused minutes and your unused data from your old Postpaid plan will be transferred to your new plan.  The unused minutes and unused data on the new plan will also rollover for as long as you remain on that plan. However, if your account becomes one-way barred (i.e. cannot make calls) due to outstanding payments, your rollover data and rollover minutes will be lost.

 

 

10.  Where can I call with the Anywhere Minutes voice bundle and Add-On?

 You can make calls to the following with the Anywhere Minutes voice allotment and Add-On:-

 

- Any local number (i.e. Digicel mobile, non-Digicel mobile and landline numbers )

-  Digicel Caribbean numbers

-  USA numbers

-  Canada numbers

-  UK landlines only

 

11. When my allotment is depleted, how do I get more minutes or data?

 You will receive a notification when your allotted minutes or  allotted data is depleted, which will prompt you to activate an Add-On of minutes or data by dialling *323# or visiting the MyDigicel App.

 

12. What Add-Ons are available with the Postpaid My Plans?

 The following Add-Ons are available with your Postpaid My Plans:

13. How can I request these Add-Ons?

 You can request these Add-Ons by dialling *323# from your Digicel mobile phone or using the MyDigicel App.

 

14. How often can I purchase these Add-Ons?

 You can purchase multiple Add-Ons. These Add-Ons will be charged to your bill and the additional minutes or data will be credited to your account.

 

15. Is there a limit to the number of Add-Ons I can purchase?

You can purchase as many Add-Ons as your credit limit allows.  Your credit limit is twice the value of your monthly subscription fee. When you reach your credit limit, you will not be allowed to purchase any more Add-Ons. You will receive an SMS asking you to contact Customer Care by dialing100 from your handset.

 

16.  Can I purchase more than one roaming plan?

 Yes; you can purchase a Roam Easy Caribbean Plan and a Roam Easy International Plan at the same time.

 

17. What countries can I call with the ‘Rest of World’ Minutes voice Add-On? 

 You can call any destination outside of the Anywhere Destinations with your Rest of World Minutes, with the exception of Antarctica, Ascension, Cook Islands, Cuba, Falkland Islands, Guinea Bissau, Honduras, Saint Helena Sao Tome & Principe, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, as well as satellite phones.

 

Calls to the following destinations will be at Digicel’s standard Pay-As-You-Go rates: Antarctica, Ascension, Cook Islands, Cuba, Falkland Islands, Guinea Bissau, Honduras, Saint Helena Sao Tome & Principe, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, as well as satellite phones.

 Anywhere Destinations are as follows:-

 

-  Local mobile and landline numbers

-  US mobile and landline numbers

- Canada mobiles and landlines numbers

-  UK landlines numbers only

-  Digicel Caribbean countries (as stated at Question 3 above) – i.e. Digicel mobile numbers only (including Jamaica and Guyana)

             

18. What will happen if I choose to continue roaming after I have reached my credit limit?

19. What is the security deposit required for the Postpaid My plans?

 The security deposit will be equivalent to one month’s subscription fee for the Postpaid My Plan selected.

 

20. Can I sign up for any of the old Postpaid plans?

 No; the old plans are no longer available for purchase. You can only sign up for, or upgrade to, the Postpaid My Plans.

 

21. What are the out of bundle (i.e. Pay As You Go) rates for the Postpaid My Plans?

You can also purchase an Add-On to access any minutes or LTE data outside of your allotment.

 

22. Is there a short code to check my allotted minutes and allotted data?

 The short codes to check your allotted minutes and allotted data are as follows:-

-  Minutes- *120*1#

-  Data- *120*4#

  

23. Can I transfer my unused Anywhere Minutes or my unused data to another account?

-No. You cannot transfer unused Anywhere Minutes or unused data allotments to another account.

 

24. Can I redeem my unused Anywhere Minutes or my unused data for cash?

-No. You cannot redeem any unused Anywhere Minutes or unused data for cash.

 

25. Additional Terms and Conditions

 This Postpaid My Plans are offered for the personal use of individuals and not commercial use or usage by groups of individuals. Any usage at all by an individual that in Digicel’s sole discretion is intended for financial gain or profit by you or by groups of individuals will result in the immediate termination of the Postpaid My Plan and/or your use of the Postpaid My Plan.

 Digicel reserves the right to terminate the Postpaid My Plans forthwith if in its sole opinion the plans are being abused.

 Digicel reserves the right to modify or discontinue (permanently or temporarily) the Postpaid My Plans being offered to its customer at its discretion.

 Digicel reserves the right to at any time, with or without the notice, to vary or cancel the terms and conditions of its Postpaid My Plans. In the event of Digicel giving notice to customers of any such changes to or cancellation of the Postpaid My Plans, it shall suffice for Digicel to give customers notice via messages to customer’s handset/device or to post such notification on Digicel’s website. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notification.

 Subject to the above, the standard Postpaid Terms and Conditions and Digicel’s Fair Usage Policy shall apply.
