THE “ ONE HOME. ONE JAMAICA” TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The “One Home. One Jamaica” Promotion (the “Promotion”) Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your participation in the Promotion for a chance to win cash and prizes. You should read these Terms carefully before participating in the Promotion.
“We” or “us” means Digicel (Jamaica) Limited, a company registered under the laws of Jamaica with registered offices at 14 Ocean Boulevard, Kingston, Jamaica. References to “we”, “our” and “us” in these Terms include our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time.
“I” or “You” means the person participating in this Promotion.
If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, you should stop participating in the Promotion immediately.
1. What is the “One Home. One Jamaica” Promotion?
This Promotion provides an opportunity for our Prepaid, Postpaid and Digicel+ (formerly Home and Entertainment) customers to win a bundled prize including the following: There will be:
- three (3) weekly winners for Prepaid;
- one (1) weekly winner for Digicel+;
- one (1) weekly winner for Postpaid
2. What is the Promotional Period?
This Promotion is valid from November 15, 2024, at 12:00 AM EST through to December 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST.
3. Who is eligible to enter the Promotion?
In order to be eligible for this Promotion, you must perform one of the following Qualifying Activities during the Promotional Period (“Eligible Customer”):
For Prepaid Customers:
1. Must be on an active Prime Bundle
- The Customer will receive 1 entry for each day on a Prime Plan
2. Purchase a Sim Card
3. Bonus Sharing
The Customer will receive 1 entry each time data is shared.
Customers who activate a Prime Plan will get 1 gigabyte of data to share with another Digicel Customer
4a. Plan Gifting
- A Customer may visit the My Digicel App (MDA) and purchase a Prime Plan for another Digicel Customer
- The Purchaser will receive two times the validity of the plan purchased as entry for that weekly pool. For example, a customer that purchases a thirty-day Prime Plan will receive 60 entries for the week to win a barrel. While the receiving customer will receive entries based on item 1 above.
4b. Cash Call
- Customers that were gifted a Prime Plan will receive 1 entry into the prize pool per week.
- Customers will be contacted from telephone number 876-619-5000 which will be broadcasted live on radio and given the chance to accept $10,000.00 JMD in cash or have it gifted to the person that purchased the plan for them.
For Postpaid Customers:
- Must be on an active Postpaid Prime Plan (i.e. no outstanding balance on your account during the Qualifying Period).
- Tiered entries based on plan value as below:

For Digicel+ Customers
Must be an active Digicel+ Customer. Eligible Plans are as follows:
- SmartHome bundle
- Home Fibre Bundle
- Home Fibre Internet Plan
- LTE Home Plan
The following customers are excluded from participating in the Promotion:
- Prepaid and Postpaid Corporate & Business account customers;
- Customers who have elected not to participate in any Digicel promotions;
- Employees/families of employees (Spouse and Children) of Digicel, employees of affiliated companies associated with this Promotion;
- Ambassadors of Digicel;
- Employees who have left Digicel within the three (3) month period preceding the commencement date of the Promotion and during the Promotional Period;
- Postpaid customers with an overdue amount;
- Directors of Digicel during the Promotional Period;
- Customers who have ported their number to another telecommunications network during the Promotional Period; and
- Grand prize winners of the following previous Digicel promotions: 4 Cars in 4 Weeks, Christmas is a 10, Run fi yuh TV and Postpaid Staycation.
4. What are the eligible plans (“Eligible Plans”) that will grant customers entry into this Promotion?
Activation of the below Eligible Plans will grant customers entry into the Promotion.
