The “One-Derous TV Giveaway” Terms and Conditions

The “One-derous TV Giveaway” Promotion (the “Promotion”) Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your participation in the Promotion for a chance to win a 50’’ TCL smart television. You should read these Terms carefully before participating in the Promotion.
“We” or “us” means Digicel (Jamaica) Limited, a company registered under the laws of Jamaica with registered offices at 14 Ocean Boulevard, Kingston, Jamaica. References to “we”, “our” and “us” in these Terms include our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time.
“I” or “You” means the person participating in this Promotion.
If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, you should stop participating in the Promotion immediately.
1. What is the One-derous TV Giveaway?
This Promotion offers customers a chance to win a 50” TCL smart television when they purchase any of our Digicel Hero Device (as defined below) and perform a Digicel related Qualifying Activity at participating Digicel retail stores during the Promotional Period. Thirty-four (34) stores will be participating and there will be one (1) winner for each store.
2. What is the Promotional Period?
This Promotion is valid from November 15, 2024, at 12:00 AM EST through to December 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST.
3. Who is eligible to enter the Promotion?
In order to be eligible for this Promotion, you must purchase any one of the following Hero Devices and perform a Digicel related Qualifying Activity (as detailed in section 5) during the Promotional Period (“Eligible Customer”):
- Samsung S24 Ultra
- Samsung A15
- Samsung A06
- Samsung A05
- TCL Lotus 502
4. Which customers are excluded from participation in this Promotion?
The following customers are excluded from participating in this Promotion:
- Inactive Postpaid customers;
- Prepaid and Postpaid Corporate & Business account customers;
- Customers who have elected not to participate in any Digicel promotions;
- Employees/families of employees (Spouse and Children) of Digicel, employees of affiliated companies associated with this Promotion;
- Ambassadors of Digicel;
- Employees who have left Digicel within the three (3) month period preceding the commencement date of the Promotion and during the Promotional Period;
- Directors of Digicel and Digicel affiliated companies during the Promotional Period; and
- Customers who have ported their number to another telecommunications network during the Promotional Period.
