Choose a Plan

Call us to upgrade your Home Fibre Plan or to sign up for the Disney+ Add-on.

Subscription Activation

Open the MyDigicel app, switch to your Digicel+ Account and then select Disney+ from the side menu.

Create Account

You will be redirected to the Disney+ site to create your account.

Disney+ is a subscription video on-demand streaming service that allows subsribers to watch the best content from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Stars Wars and National Geographic, anytime, anywhere.

Disney+ is available for download on your Smart TV, smartphone, tablet, Firestick or another internet-enabled device.

Digicel+ Home Fibre customers whose plan includes Disney+ or who have purchased a Disney+ add-on will get unlimited access to the best movies and series from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars and National Geographic, all in one place, whenever they want.

To activate your Disney+ subscription with us, simply follow the steps below

1. Open the MyDigicel app then switch to your Digicel+ Account and select Disney+ from the main menu.

2. If your Home Fibre plan includes Disney+, the Activate Now button will be highlighted. Click the button

3. You will be redirected to the Disney+ website where you will then need to create your Disney+ username and password in order to start watching.

Unfortunately no. To access Disney+ with your Digicel+ account you will need to create your Digicel ID via the My Digicel app or web portal in order for us to verify your subscription.

Digicel customers who already have a Digicel ID tied to their mobile account, will need to add their 12-Digit Digicel+ account number to their profile. Simply select "Add Account" from the menu options and follow the instructions.
