Digicel's Accessibility offer for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, in partnership with Elioz

Digicel's deaf and hard-of-hearing customers can benefit from the services of an LSF interpreter, an LPC coder or a text transcriber for their calls with businesses, organizations or between private individuals for 1 hour/month, every month, at no extra cost.


This service is available Monday to Friday from 3am to 2pm (4am to 3pm for French Guyana) - Saturday from 3.30am to 7.30am (4.30am to 8.30am).

How can I take advantage of this service?

This service is offered, at no extra cost, to all customers with a consumer package with at least 1GB of data included in their package.
