Tourist SIM Package

These Terms and Conditions shall govern the relationship between “Digicel”, "we", "us" "our" and "the company") and the subscriber (hereinafter referred to as "you", "your", "the customer") using our Tourist SIM Package offer. These Terms and Conditions replace and supersede all prior Terms and Conditions between you and us. By using the Services you have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1.       What is the Cost for a Tourist SIM Package?

The cost for the Tourist SIM’s are:

Seven (7) days in Paradise:               ANG 53.40 ($30)

Fourteen (14) days in Paradise:        ANG 89.00 ($50)

2.      What will I get with my Tourist SIM’s Package?

You will get the following plan with your Tourist SIM Package:

Seven (7) days in Paradise: 7GB & 30 Minutes to call anywhere, excluding Jamaica, Haiti & 0-800 toll-free numbers.

Fourteen (14) days in Paradise 20GB & 60 Minutes to call anywhere, excluding Jamaica, Haiti & 0-800 toll-free numbers.

3.      How long will my plan on my Tourist SIM Package be valid for?

Your plan on your Tourist Sim package will be valid for 7 or 14 days from the activation of your SIM card.

4.      Can I renew my plan on my Tourist SIM Package after the initial period ends?

No. You can buy a LTE plan as long as the Tourist SIM is Active.

5.      Which destinations are included in my anywhere minutes?

You can call any destination excluding Jamaica, Haiti & 0-800 toll-free numbers.

6.      Do the Anywhere Minutes apply mobiles or landlines or both?

Anywhere minutes apply to both Mobile & Landlines

7.      How can I check my bundled minutes and data?

You can check your Anywhere Minutes via the My Digicel App @ h.mydigicel.net

8.      Can I qualify for any top-up promotions while using my Tourist SIM card?

Yes, you can qualify for any promotions while using your Tourist SIM as long as the SIM is active.

9.      How long will the Tourist SIM be valid?

After 1 month of being active, all Tourist SIM cards will automatically Expire.

Additional Terms and Conditions

The Tourist SIM Package is offered for the personal use of individuals and not commercial use or usage by groups of individuals. Any usage at all by an individual that in Digicel’s sole discretion is intended for financial gain or profit by you or by groups of individuals will result in the immediate termination of this.

Digicel reserves the right to terminate your use of the Tourist SIM Package offer forthwith without notice if in its sole opinion the promotion is being abused by you.

Digicel reserves the right to modify or discontinue (permanently or temporarily) the Tourist SIM Package being offered to its customer at its discretion.

Digicel reserves the right to at any time, with or without the notice, to vary or cancel the terms and conditions of its Tourist SIM Package offer. In the event of Digicel giving notice to customers of any such changes to or cancellation of the Tourist SIM Package offer, it shall suffice for Digicel to give customers notice via messages to customer’s handset/device or to post such notification on Digicel’s website. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notification.

Customers should be solely responsible for keeping their mobile handset properly secured and for all activations and other activities that occur on or through their mobile handsets. Any request made via the use of a USSD code from a mobile handset shall be deemed a legitimate request from the customer to whom the said mobile handset is registered. Digicel shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of a customer’s handset.
