These Frequently Asked Questions (“FAQs”) and Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your participation in the Promotion. You should read these FAQs and Terms carefully before participating.
We” or “us” means Digicel+, a company registered under the laws of Curaçao with registered offices at Biesheuvel 24-25.
References to “we”, “our”, “us” and “Digicel+” in these Terms also include our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time.
“I” or “you” means the subscriber of Digicel+ Home Fiber Internet participating in the Promotion (and “my” and “your” shall have the same meaning).
By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms incorporate the Digicel+ Terms of Use and Privacy Policy which you can access via the website.
If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, or if you are under eighteen (18), you should not participate in the Promotion.

What is the Upgrade Campaign?
The “Upgrade Campaign of Digicel+” is a thrilling and rewarding promotion designed to enhance the experience for customers in Curaçao. By participating in the campaign, you will receive double the speed when you sign up for a Fiber 200 you get for free upgrade to Fiber 400, you get free installation and free WiFi Mesh. .

From when will the Upgrade Campaign be available?
Campaign will start on October 7th, 2024
And end on November 30th, 2024

What are the benefits?
Customers will be able to get free upgrade from Fiber 200 to Fiber 400, Installation will be free and you will receive also a free WiFi Mesh. .

How many customers can participapte in the promotion?
For the free upgrade and installation there is no limit but the WiFi mesh are limited quantity.

Who can participate in this promotion?
All new customers that are in the coverage area and apply during the campaign period. . .

Can I refer people to participate in the upgrade campaign?
Yes, if you are not in the covarge area you can refer clients that are in the covareg area..

Additional Terms and Conditions
A.
This Promotion is for limited time starting October 7th , 2024 and ending on November 30th , 2024. .
B.
Once you receive your speed upgrade from Fiber 200 to Fiber 400 it will be until December 31st 2024. After December 31st, 2024 your speed will be adjusted back to your normal speed. .
C.
If you would like to continue with the Fiber 400 speed after the promotion period of December 31st, 2024 you can request a contract update and pay the Fiber 400 price continue with the speed..
D.
We reserve the right to disqualify you or terminate this offer if, in our sole opinion, the Promotion is being abused, such abuse to include but not be limited to selling or whether on a commercial basis or otherwise, general abuse deemed as an attempt to undermine the integrity of our services.
E.
We reserve the right to modify, extend or discontinue (permanently or temporarily), this Promotion being offered to you, at our discretion.
F.
During the campaign period the free upgrade and installation there is no limit but the WiFi mesh are limited quantity.
G.
We reserve the right to, at any time, with or without notice, vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion. In the event of us giving notice to you of any such changes to or cancellation of the Promotion, it shall suffice for us to give you notice via messages to your handset/device or to post such notification on the Digicel+ website. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.

Any personal data relating to you will be used solely for the purposes of this Promotion by Digicel+ and/or by any agent appointed by us to assist with running the Promotion on our behalf and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without your prior
consent. By entering this Promotion, you consent to the use of your personal data by
Digicel+ and/or any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion for the purposes of administration of the Promotion (including publishing your full name and county and/or disclosing it to third parties on request if you are selected) and any other purposes to which you have consented. Except in the event of its negligence, neither Digicel+, nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion, their associated companies, agents, contractors and sponsors or any of its personnel involved in the Promotion, shall be liable whatsoever for any loss or damage incurred or suffered, death or personal injury suffered or sustained, or costs incurred, arising from either participation in the Promotion.
