1. What is the Lookout App?
Lookout Life Protection App is a comprehensive tool that is designed to keep users' identity and financial information safe. It offers a variety of security features aimed at preventing various threats, such as phishing scams, malware attacks, and Wi-Fi vulnerabilities.

2. What are the benefits of Lookout Life Protecction App?
Customers with a subscription will have the chance to bolster their device security, safeguard themselves online, protect their network privacy, and ensure their identity's safety.

3. How do customers access the Lookout Life App?
The Lookout Life Protection App can be downloaded from My Digicel App, Play or Apple Stores.

4. What is the process for setting up the Lookout Life App?
After purchasing their subscription via the My Digicel App, customers will receive an SMS from Lookout with a link containing an access code to download the Lookout App. Customers are required to click on the link to download the app. Upon downloading the app, they will be prompted to log in with an email address and password then select "ACTIVATE LOOKOU PREMIUM".

5. What if the customers download the app on their own without clicking the link with the access code received in the SMS?
Customers can still enter the access code manually. To access the service, customers must first register and sign in. After logging in, they should navigate to the "Menu" and select "Redemption Code". The Premium code will display at end of the link sent in the SMS.

6. Can a customer transfer premium benefits to another device?
Yes, a customer can transfer the premium benefits to another device by simply uninstalling the Lookout App from the first device and then logging in on the new device with the user credentials. 
 
7. Do I need to have a data plan to activate/use the Lookout subscription?
No, customers can access the Lookout App without having data. However, they will need a Wi-Fi connection to gain connectivity
 
8. With the subscription active, will customers be charged from their main data?
Usage for the Lookout app will be charged from the available main data or any bonus any-use data from the active data plan.
 
9. Will the Lookout subscription auto-renew?
Yes, the Lookout subscription will auto-renew providing that the customer has the required amount of credit on their account.

10. What does the Lookout subscription entail?
Customers will be able to access the premium benefits of the Lookout App below:
  • Anti-Malware — Provides protection against app threats, including malware, adware, spyware, ransomware, surveillanceware and other types of malware
  • Safe Browsing — Surf the web and click confidently on links from Facebook, email, text messages and more. Lookout Life will scan every site you visit and every link you click on in real-time to protect you against the latest online threats. This feature also automatically blocks real-time to protect you against the latest online threats. This feature also automatically blocks phishing and malicious sites to prevent identity theft, financial fraud, and malware.
  • Safe Wi-Fi — Protect your device from dangerous or compromised Wi-Fi networks.
  • Privacy Advisor (Android Only) — Protect your privacy with Privacy Advisor. View a consolidated list of apps tha can access your private information, including contacts, location, text messages and identity info. Privacy Advisor automatically scans every app you download. App reports provide you with detailed information on the capabilities and risks of any given application.
  • Device Security — Delivers OS updates and root protection and notifies if device passcose is not configured.
  • Remote Locate — Quickly find a missing device from your account at personal.lookout.com
  • Remote Wipe — Secure your phone via the web so no one else can access it.
  • Breach Report — See if services you use have been compromised.
  • Premium Support — Receive priority support for your issues and questions.
  • Theft Alerts — Get the information you need to recover your device if it has been stolen. Lookout Life will send you an email to let you know if your device could be stolen.
  • iOS Theft Alerts:
    • SIM Card Alert — Receive an alert if your SIM card is removed or replaced.
    • Airplane Mode Alert — Alerts you when Airplane Mode is enabled which would prevent a device from being remotely located.
  • Android Theft Alerts:
    • Multiple Failed Passcode Attempts — Receive an alert when your lock screen password is entered incorrectly too many times.
    • SIM Card Removed — Receive an alert if your SIM Card is removed or replaced.
    • Airplane Mode Alert — Alerts you when Airplane Mode is enabled which would prevent a device from being remotely located.
    • Device Turned Off — Receive an alert email when your device is powered off. We will try to capture the location when this happens, helping to locate a lost or stolen device.
    • Lookout Life Uninstalled — Receive an alert when the Lookout Life app is uninstalled indicating potential theft.
