Digicel's Aruba New Prepaid Data Plans & Bundles
These Frequently Asked Questions (“FAQs”) and Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your subscription to the “New Prepaid Data Plans & Bundles” (the “New Plans & Bundles”).
You should read these FAQs and Terms carefully before subscribing.
We” or “us” means Digicel Aruba, a company registered under the laws of Aruba with registered offices at L.G. Smith Boulevard 60, Oranjestad.
References to “we”, “our”, “us” and “Digicel” in these Terms also include our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time.
“I” or “you” means the subscribtion to My Digicel App (the “App”) and “my” and “your” shall have the same meaning.
By subscribing to the New Plans & Bundles, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms incorporate the Mobile application Terms of Use and Privacy Policy which you can access via the App.
If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, or if you are under the age of eighteen (18) you should not subscribe to the New Plans & Bundles.
1. What does the "Prime Ultra Bundle" plan offer?
The "Prime Ultra Bundle" plan offers various packages with benefits including Any Use Data, Entertainment Data, Local Onnet and Offnet minutes, and Endless Social Texting..
2. How much does the "Prime Ultra Bundle" plan cost?
Prices vary by package, ranging from AWG 9.99 to AWG 77.99
3. What benefits do I get with the "Mega Data" plans?
"Mega Data" plans offer Any Use Data and Endless Social Texting with varying data allowances based on the package selected.
4. Can I use the "Entertainment Data" for any streaming service?
"Entertainment Data" can be used on specified services: Netflix, YouTube, Spotify, and TikTok.
5. How do I check my remaining data balance on each plan?
You can check your data balance in My Digicel App or in the UMM Menu by dialing *123#
6. Are there any limitations on the "Endless Social Texting" feature?
"Endless Social Texting" applies to texts sent within apps like Snapchat, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
7. How do I cancel auto-renewal on my plan?
Customer can Opt-out of the Auto-renewal in My Digicel App
8. Can I purchase multiple plans at the same time?
Yes, Customers will be able to transition to the last plan they purchased without losing the benefits received from the previous plan.
9. What happens when I exhaust my "Entertainment Data" allowance?
Once exhausted, data usage for entertainment services will be deducted from your Any Use Data.
10. Can I use my plan’s data for tethering or creating a hotspot?
Yes, you can use your Any use Data for tethering and hotspot creation.
11. Will my unused data roll over?
Yes, Data will roll over as long you auto-renew your plan before it expired.
12. Can I upgrade my "Mega Data" plan to a "Prime Ultra Bundle" plan midway through my subscription?
Yes, Customers will be able to transition to the last plan they purchased without losing the benefits received from the previous plan.
13. What does "Endless Off-Net" mean?
"Off-Net Minutes" can be used to call numbers on the other local networks, up to the allocated minutes.
14. What happens if I exhaust my "Offnet Minutes" before the plan expires?
Regular voice prepaid rates will applied

Additional Terms and Conditions
A. The New Plans & Bundles are offered for your personal use and not for commercial use.
B. You are required to use a compatible smartphone to run the App to subscribe to the New Plans & Bundles. A compatible smartphone is an Android (OS 5.0 or higher) or Apple (iOS 11 or higher) smartphone.
C. We reserve the right to modify, extend or discontinue (permanently or temporarily), all that is being offered to you, at our discretion.
D. You are solely responsible for all associated fees and costs incurred by you for connectivity and data usage in relation to your use of the App.
E. We reserve the right to, at any time, with or without notice, vary or cancel these terms and conditions. In the event of us giving notice to you of any such changes to or cancellation of the New Plans & Bundles, it shall suffice for us to give you notice via messages to your handset/device or to post such notification on the Digicel website or the App. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.
F. Any personal data relating to you will be used solely for the purposes of what is offered by Digicel and/or by any agent appointed by us to assist with running of what is offered on our behalf and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without your prior consent. By subscribing to the New Plans & Bundles, you consent to the use of your personal data by Digicel and/or any agent appointed by it to assist with running the New Plans & Bundles. G. Neither Digicel, nor any other person or party associated with the New Plans & Bundles, their associated companies, agents, contractors and sponsors or any of its personnel involved in the New Plans & Bundles, shall be liable whatsoever for any loss or damage incurred or suffered, death or personal injury suffered or sustained, or costs incurred, arising from your subscription to the New Plans & Bundles.
