What do I get when I sign up for a postpaid plan?
The received services depend on the postpaid price plan selected. But across all postpaid plans you may get: unlimited local, international, on-net and off-net calls, data allocated for any use, and specially allocated data for social messaging and other streaming services.
What happens when the additional bundle is depleted?
After the free on-net minutes of the additional bundle have been depleted, you will get charge if you have credit limit.
How can I check my bill?
You will receive you’re bill in email (if this was shared when signing up) or you can also see open amount in MyDigicel App.
How can I see my remaining GB and call minutes?
This can be seen in MyDigicel App, or by contacting call center (145, Live Chat, Email, Facebook).
Will my unused main minutes & additional data roll over to the next month?
The unused minutes from your main bundle and data will rollover into the next month following the same principle as the current bundles (new month minutes and data will be used first before you use the minutes and data that rolled over from previous month).
