This “Get a new Sim on the best LTE Network” (the “Offer”) terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your participation in the Offer. You should read these FAQs and Terms carefully before participating in the Offer.
“We” or “us” means Digicel (BVI) Limited, a company registered under the laws of BVI with registered offices at Jayla Place Building, 5th Floor, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands. References to “we”, “our” and “us” in these Terms also includes our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time.
“I” or “You” means the person entering or participating in the Offer (and “my” and “your” shall have the same meaning).
By participating in Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms or if you are under the age of eighteen (18), you should stop participating in the Promotion immediately.
1. Who is eligible for this SIM Offer?
The SIM Offer is available for a new customer who purchases a prepaid SIM within the promotional period.
2. What is the the SIM offer?
Any customer who purchases a new prepaid SIM within the promotional period will receive $10 top up and a free 7 Day Prime Ultra Bundle.
3. What is the price of the service?
The cost for the SIM during the promotion is $20.
4. What happens if a customer does not perform an action within the 30-Day period?
If does not perform the required top up of $3 or more or purchase a data plan within the 30-Day period, the number will go inactive.

5. What does the SIM card offer include?
The Sim Card - Includes $10 credit + 7 Day Prime Ultra Bundle for $38.90 for the promotional period.
Plan will auto-renew once the correct amount is on the account.
6. What type of transactions qualify for service extension?
- Top ups of minimum of $3 or more;
- Purchase of any of our data/bundle plans.
7. Does the plan auto-renew?
Yes. Plan allows auto-renewal once the sim holder meets the requirements of plan.
8. How long will this offer be available?
The offer will be available from August 14th until 30th September 2024 (EXTENDED to November 7, 2024)
9. Will I be able to check the Data and Minutes balance?
Yes, you can check balances via the MyDigicel App or UMM service menu (*120#).
10. Can I use this offer while roaming?
No. You will not be able to use this offer while roaming Regional or International.
