This My Digicel Quick Cash “Pick & Win and Weekly & Grand Draw Raffle” Promotion (the “Promotion”) terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your participation in the Promotion for chances to win certain prizes on the My Digicel mobile application (the “App”). You should read these FAQs and Terms carefully before participating in the Promotion.
“We” or “us” means Digicel BVI Limited, a company registered under the laws of BVI with registered offices at Jayla Place Building, 5th Floor, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands. References to “we”, “our” and “us” in these Terms also includes our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time.
“I” or “You” means the person accessing or using the App to participate in the Promotion (and “my” and “your” shall have the same meaning).
By participating in the Promotion on the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms incorporate the MyDigicel App Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy which you can access via the App.
If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms or if you are under the age of eighteen (18), you should stop participating in the Promotion immediately.
1. What is the My Digicel Quick Cash “Pick & Win” Promotion?
As part of our Festival Quick Cash “Pick & Win” Promotion (the “Promotion”) allows MyDigicel App (the “App”) users to win prizes through participating in the Pick & Win feature of our Promotion. Once participants participate in Pick & Win, they will also receive entries in our Daily and Weekly Raffle and our Grand Draw Raffle (collectively, the “Raffles”) for a chance to win even more prizes.
The Promotion allows you to:
a. PICK & WIN – complete specified activities to win prizes by simply playing “Pick & Win” in the MyDigicel App (the “App”).
b. WIN A WEEKLY RAFFLE PRIZE – participate in Pick & Win to get an entry into our Daily and Weekly Raffle by playing “Pick & Win” in the MyDigicel App (the “App”). 500 Prizes to be Won!
c. WIN A GRAND DRAW RAFFLE PRIZE – complete the activity in Pick & Win to get an entry into our Grand Draw Raffle of $500 Cash Weekly.
2. What is the Promotional Period for the Promotion?
The Promotion starts on July 5, 2024, and ends on August 10, 2024 (the “Promotional Period”).
3. What is Pick & Win?
Pick & Win is a feature of our Promotion that allows participants the opportunity to win prizes. Upon completing a Qualified Activity, participants have a chance to win prizes. Prizes will vary, and there is no guarantee that a participant will win a prize, subject to these Terms.
4. What activities qualify me to participate in Pick & Win?
Complete one of the activities below (“Qualified Activities”) to participate in the Promotion:
Prepaid subscribers:

- 1 Day Prime Ultra Bundle

Postpaid subscribers:
- Switch to Digicel
- All active postpaid subscribers that pay your bill on time and in full
5. Who is eligible to participate in Pick & Win?
Subject to these Terms, only the following persons can participate in the Promotion:
a. Existing Digicel BVI GSM (Mobile) Prepaid Customers;
b. Existing Digicel BVI GSM (Mobile) Postpaid Customers;
c. Persons who have switched their telephone number to Digicel during the Promotional Period;
d. Residents of The British Virgin Islands.
6. Who cannot participate in the Promotion?
The following persons are excluded from participating in the Promotion:
a. Postpaid customers with overdue amounts;
b. Postpaid Corporate & Business account customers;
c. Home & Entertainment customers;
d. Any person who is not a legal resident of the British Virgin Islands;
e. Any person under the age of eighteen (18) years old.
f. Digicel Employees and family members, its advertising agency, or service providers related to the promotion may not participate, including spouses or relatives up to the fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity.
7. Can I participate in the Promotion while roaming?
This Promotion is not accessible while roaming.
8. How does Pick & Win work?
Follow the steps below to participate:
Step 1: Complete a Qualified Activity.
Step 2: Upon completing a Qualified Activity, you will get instant access to “Pick & Win” in the App. You will also receive qualify for one opportunity to “Pick & Win” Daily from 10 am to 10 pm.
Step 3: Participate in Pick & Win in the App by picking the box of your choice. Once you select a Box, you will receive a chance to win one (1) Prize Daily. You must “Pick & Win” on the same day that you complete a Qualified Activity (up until midnight) in order to be eligible for the prize.
Step 4: Redeem or gift your prize by the app or the near store.
Step 5: Track your Prizes in the App checking your rewards history or unclaimed rewards tabs.
9. What are the chances of winning?
Participants will be limited to one (1) win per day. When you participate in Pick & Win, you are not guaranteed to win a prize. However, participants of Pick & Win can enjoy Guaranteed ‘Win Days’ daily, for a chance to receive any of the 500 prizes available to be won.
10. What prizes can I win if I participate in Pick & Win?
Pick & Win winners participants will get the chance to win one (1) of the more than 500 Prizes to be Won:
a. Prepaid - Telco Prizes: $10 Ultra Bundle Discount, 100 International Minutes, 50 International Minutes, 250 MB Bonus Data, 3GB Bonus Data, 5GB Bonus Data
b. Postpaid Telco Prizes: 6GB, 3GB, 2GB, 1GB Bonus Data
c. Tangible Prizes – Digicel-branded merchandise (tumbler, umbrella, cup, notebook, cooling towel, sport bottle)
d. Weekly Grand Prize – $500 Cash
11. How are prizes redeemed?
a. You can redeem your Telco prize immediately in the App and the bonus will be automatically install and ready to use.
b. You can redeem your tangible prize visiting the Digicel Store near to you, showing the app to the Sales Representative in any of our Stores.
12. How are prizes gifted?
You can gift your Pick & Win prize to another Digicel customer by selecting the “Gift” option when your gift appears on screen in the App.
13. What will winners need to present in order to redeem their prize?
Winners must present a valid Government issued photo ID (passport, identification card or driver’s licence) and the phone used to participate in the Promotion to show the prize received in the app. The winner will be required to complete and sign a redemption form confirming their receipt of the prize and a Consent and Release Form authorizing the use of their picture (where they chose to do so) on Digicel’s social media platforms as well as any other media outlet of Digicel’s choice.
14. What happens if the prize is not claimed?
If you win a tangible prize you have 5 working days in which to claim your prize. If the prize is not claimed within the allotted time, then the prize will go back into circulation and another customer will be given the opportunity to win the prize.
15. How and when will Winners be selected and announced?
The winner will be selected at random via a transaction list provided by our online generating platform of all eligible participants during the Promotional period from July 5 to August 10, 2024. One winner will be selected weekly every Friday throughout the promotion. The selection will take place at the Digicel Head located at the Jayla Place Building, Road Town, Tortola. The selected customer will then be contacted by our Marketing Executive via telephone directly. The winning customer will be Posted on Digicel’s social media platforms both Facebook & Instagram.
Additional Terms and Conditions
1. This Promotion is offered for your personal use and not for commercial use and you agree not to sell any prizes redeemed through this Promotion.
2. Upon accepting a prize, you will be responsible for reading and accepting any terms and conditions that may be associated with that prize.
3. Digicel makes no representations or warranties as to the working condition of any tangible prize. The warranty information provided by the manufacturer of the prize will apply.
5. We reserve the right to disqualify you or terminate this offer if, in our sole opinion, the Promotion is being abused, such abuse to include but not be limited to selling or attempts to sell the prizes, whether on a commercial basis or otherwise, general abuse deemed as an attempt to undermine the integrity of our services.
6. We reserve the right to modify, extend or discontinue (permanently or temporarily), this Promotion being offered to you, at our discretion.
7. You are solely responsible for all associated fees and costs incurred by you for claiming and collection of prizes and for connectivity and data usage in relation to your participation in the Promotion.
8. If a prize is unavailable, we may, at our discretion, substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal value and/or specification.
9. We reserve the right to award any forfeited prize to another participant in the Promotion.
10. Prizes are not exchangeable and are not redeemable for devices or services.
11. We reserve the right to, at any time, with or without notice, vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion. In the event of us giving notice to you of any such changes to or cancellation of the Promotion, it shall suffice for us to give you notice via messages to your handset/device or to post such notification on the Digicel website or on our social media pages. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.
12. Any personal data relating to you will be used solely for the purposes of this Promotion by Digicel and/or by any agent appointed by us to assist with running the Promotion on our behalf and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without your prior consent. By entering this Promotion, you consent to the use of your personal data by Digicel and/or any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion for the purposes of administration of the Promotion (including publishing your full name and county and/or disclosing it to third parties on request if you are selected) and any other purposes to which you have consented. 13. Except in the event of its negligence, neither Digicel, nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion, their associated companies, agents, contractors and sponsors or any of its personnel involved in the Promotion, shall be liable whatsoever for any loss or damage incurred or suffered, death or personal injury suffered or sustained, or costs incurred, arising from either participation in the Promotion or from claiming or collecting any prize.
