During the Promotional Period defined below, Digicel is offering the Bigger, Better Christmas 2024 Port-in Promotion (the “Promotion”).
These Frequently Asked Questions (“FAQs”) and Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your participation in this Promotion.
“We” or “us” means Digicel (Trinidad & Tobago) Limited, a company registered under the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago with registered offices at 11C Maraval Road, Port of Spain, Trinidad. References to “we”, “our” and “us” in these Terms also includes our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time.
“I” or “you” means the person participating in the Promotion (and “my” and “your” shall have the same meaning).
By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms incorporate the Privacy Policy which you can access via the Digicel’s website.
If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, or if you are under the age of eighteen (18), you should stop participating in the Promotion immediately.
1. What is the Bigger, Better Christmas 2024 Port-in Promotion (“Promotion”)?
During the period from 1st November 2024 to 31st December 2024 (“Promotional Period”), any customer porting into Digicel’s mobile network will receive the below offer:

3. How would the Prepaid Port-in offer work?
A person who ports in to Digicel’s prepaid mobile service during the Promotional Period will automatically receive the D’ Freedom plan free when they port. When the free plan expires, you can see the discounted offers by dialing *323#.
4. For the Prepaid Port-in offer, what are the plans applicable to the 25% discount and what are the discounted prices?

5. If, for the Prepaid Port-In offer, my plan expires during the 6-month discount period, can I re-activate using MyDigicel App or *323# and still receive the discount?
Once you activate D’Freedom or D’ All In Plan during the discount period, you will be charged the discounted price of the plan.
For example, if your 6 month period starts on 1st December, 2024 and ends 31st May, 2025 and your plan expires during this period, once the plan is repurchased within the said 6 month period, then you will receive the discount.
6. How would the Postpaid Port-in offer work?
You would automatically receive a FREE month subscription of the My Value Max plan once you port your number to Digicel’s Postpaid mobile service. The FREE month is applicable to the FIRST FULL month’s subscription fee on your invoice. If you port during a billing cycle, the prorated bill will not be FREE, however, the next FULL month’s subscription will be FREE.
Charges for Add On purchases and out of bundle charges will not be waived.
7. For the Postpaid Port-In offer, when will the 25% discount off my subscription fee start?
After the 1st month FREE (full subscription), you will receive the discount (25% OFF) applied to your monthly invoice for the next 11 consecutive months.
8.For the Postpaid Port-In offer, what is the full price of the plan and what is the discounted price?

9. For the Postpaid Port-In offer, what will happen after my discount is up?
After your discounted period is completed, you will be charged the full price of your postpaid plan.
10.What is the FREE gift that I will receive when I Port-in and how will I receive it?
The gift will be decided at Digicel’s sole discretion. You will receive the gift when you receive your new Digicel SIM card.
Gifts may not be transferred or exchanged for another product or for cash.
11. Additional Terms and Conditions
- The plans included in this Promotion are offered for personal use by individuals only and not commercial use or usage by groups of individuals. Any usage at all by an individual that in Digicel’s sole discretion is intended for financial gain or profit by you or by groups of individuals will result in the immediate termination of this Promotion or your use of the plans.
- Digicel reserves the right to terminate this Promotion forthwith if in its sole opinion the Promotion is being abused.
- Digicel reserves the right to modify or discontinue (permanently or temporarily) this Promotion being offered to its customers at its discretion.
- Digicel reserves the right to at any time, with or without notice, to vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion. In the event of Digicel giving notice to customers of any such changes to or cancellation of the Terms of this Promotion, it shall suffice for Digicel to give customers notice via messages to customer’s handset/device or to post such notification on Digicel’s website. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notification.
- Customers should be solely responsible for keeping their mobile handset properly secured and for all activations and other activities that occur on or through their mobile handsets. Any request made via the use of a short code or the MyDigicel App from a mobile handset shall be deemed a legitimate request from the customer to whom the said mobile handset is registered. Digicel shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of a customer’s handset.
- Subject to the above, Digicel’s Mobile Telephone Services Terms and Conditions as well as the Digicel Prepaid Plan Terms and Conditions or Digicel Postpaid Plan Terms and Conditions (whichever is applicable) shall apply.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
