Want to subscribe to a "SIM-Only" plan?

Place your order online directly from our Webstore; it's simple and fast. Your SIM card will be delivered within 2 business days.

Here's what you'll need to complete your order:

  1. An email address for creating your account and tracking your order.
  2. A valid mobile number for the electronic signature of your contractual documents.
  3. Your IBAN bank account information to set up the monthly payment of your subscription via SEPA direct debit.
  4. A valid credit card to pay for your order.

Can't find your mobile?

We recommend that you suspend your line. To do this, contact Customer Services immediately by calling 555 from another digicel mobile or by visiting a Customer Agency.

To regain use of your line quickly, you can buy a new Sim card and insert it in another mobile. This way, you keep your mobile number and recover your credit balance.

What's more, you can buy a new mobile via the Mon Nouveau Mobile mobile renewal program, if you're eligible. Visit a Digicel store or customer agency to find out about our selection of mobiles and the applicable loyalty prices. 

  • There are two ways to check the remaining credit balance on your account, select your preferred method:   

    You can easily check your balance for free using the MyDigicel app!

    Step 1.  Log in to the MyDigicel app.

    Step 2.  Your account balance will be shown on the home screen. 

    Step 3.  Select the ‘Menu principal’ button () at the bottom lright-hand corner of the app.  Select ‘Mon offre’.  This will display the balances for any plans or bonus credit on your account.
