How do I view my account balances?
To view your account balances
1. Dial *140# from your prepaid handset or
2. Download the free MyDigicel App
To view your Postpaid account balances
1. Dial *130# from your prepaid handset or
2. Download the free MyDigicel App
If you're using your mobile phone, you can check the remaining balances on your account using the MyDigicel App.
View your balances by clicking here.
Step 1. Select “Log In”.
Step 2. Enter your phone number in the space provided; Select “Continue.” A 4-digit code will be sent through SMS (text message). Enter the code in the slots and select ‘Continue.’
Step 3. Select “Menu, " at the top left-hand corner of your screen, then select “Account & Balances”.
Step 4. Here, you will see your credit balance. If there is a Data/Voice/Plan on your account, the balance will also be shown along with any related bonus balances.

How do I activate a Prepaid or Postpaid Plan?
To activate a Prepaid or Postpaid plan:
For our Postpaid customers, we recommend that you visit a Digicel Store or speak with one of our live chat agents to activate your data plan. After the activation of your data plan, please restart your device.

How do I activate a Digicel eSIM?
About eSim
· eSIM is the latest technology for mobile devices removing the need for physical SIM cards. ‘eSIM’ refers to an embedded SIM and takes the form of a chip that cannot be removed from a mobile device. An eSIM performs the same function as a physical SIM card but removes the requirement to physically swap SIMs.
