This iPhone 15 Promotion” (the “Promotion”) Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the iPhone 15 offer. You should read these Terms carefully before participating in the Promotion.

“We” or “us” means Digicel (Barbados) Limited, a company registered under the laws of Barbados with registered offices 2^nd Floor, William Tower, William Industries Complex, Warrens, St. Michael.  References to “we”, “our” and “us” in these Terms also includes our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time.

“I” or “You” means the person participating in the Promotion (and “my” and “your” shall have the same meaning).

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, you should stop participating in the Promotion immediately.

1. What is the iPhone Promotion?

New Postpaid and Switching customers can get an iPhone 15 128GB device at a discounted price when activating one of our plans with the below offer;

2. What is the promotional period for the Promotion?

The promotion is valid from Saturday, June 1st , 2024 12:00:01AM through to Wednesday, July 31st, 2024 11:59:59PM or while stocks last.

3. Who is eligible to enter the Promotion?

The below customers are eligible to purchase the Iphone 15 128GB Smartphone once they sign up to one of the plans outline in question 1:

1. New Postpaid Customer
2. Existing Customer requesting 2^nd line
3. Customer migrating from Prepaid to Postpaid

4. Are you require to pay a Security Deposit?

Following the completion of your credit check, it may be necessary to pay a security deposit.

5. Who is eligible to enter the Promotion

The Following customers are excluded from participating in the Promotion:

1. Postpaid Corporate & Business account customers;
2. Persons under the age 18 years;
3. Digicel Employees and family members.

6. How do I participate in the Promotion?

It’s simple! In order to be eligible for the Promotion;

1. Eligible customers who activates the $100 plan with a 24 month Contract in order to qualify for a discounted price for the iPhone 15 128GB for as low as $2000.
2. Eligible customers who activates the $125 with a 24 month Contract will receive the iPhone 15 128GB at the discounted price of $1850.
3. Eligible customers who activates the $170 with a 24 month Contract will receive the iPhone 15 128GB at the discounted price of $1750.
4. Eligible customers who activates the $220 with a 24 month Contract will receive the iPhone 15 128GB at the discounted price of $1450.

7. How many select handsets am I allowed to purchase within the promotional period?

You will be allowed to purchase a maximum of two handsets under this special offer with each associated plan.

N.B. This offer is not valid with any other promotion, i.e., the Samsung A24 will not be available once this iPhone offer is availed.

8. Where will the iPhone 15 128GB be available for purchase?

Customers can purchase these handsets from any of the below retail locations:

1. Colonnade Mall, Bridgetown
2. Dome Mall, Warrens
3. Sky Mall, Haggatt Hall, and
4. Sheraton Mall, Sargeant’s Village.

9. How do I sign up for the Handset Promotion?

You may visit any of our Retail Outlets to sign up with an agent.

Additional Terms and Conditions

This Promotion is offered for your personal use and not for commercial use and you agree not to sell any rewards redeemed through this Promotion.

We reserve the right to disqualify you or terminate this offer if, in our opinion, the Promotion is being abused, such abuse to include but not be limited to selling or attempts to sell the prizes, whether on a commercial basis or otherwise, general abuse deemed as an attempt to undermine the integrity of our services or in breach of our Fair Usage Policy

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue (permanently or temporarily), this Promotion being offered to you.

Prepaid customers who conduct activation of a 1day, 3Day or 7Day plan online shall not be eligible to receive the bonus data.

We reserve the right to, at any time, with or without notice, vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion. In the event of us giving notice to you of any such changes to or cancellation of the Promotion, it shall suffice for us to give you notice via SMS message, social media or post such notification on the Digicel (Barbados) Limited website. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.

This promotion shall only be available to Digicel (Barbados) Limited’s prepaid customers located in Barbados during the Promotional Period. While roaming, the customer will be charged at the prevailing roaming rates for Voice, SMS and Data usage.

Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion by Paymaster and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the promotion on behalf of the Paymaster and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without the individual’s prior consent. By entering this Promotion, you consent to the use of your personal data by Digicel (Barbados) Limited and/or any agent appointed by it to assist with running the promotion for the purposes of administration of the promotion (including publishing your full name and county and/or disclosing it to third parties on request if you are the winner) and any other purposes to which you have consented.
