Terms and Conditions

Pay your Digicel + bill in full and on time by July 23

To Win Tickets to the Reunion with Mikey (the “Promotion Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your participation in the Competition for a chance to win a ticket to the Reunion with Mikey. You should read these Terms carefully before participating in the Competition.

“We” or “us” means Digicel Group Limited, a company registered under the laws of Barbados with registered offices 2nd Floor, William Tower, William Industries Complex, Warrens, St. Michael. References to “we”, “our” and “us” in these Terms also includes our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time.

“I” or “You” means the person participating in the Promotion (and “my” and “your” shall have the same meaning).

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, you should stop participating in the Promotion immediately.

1. What is the “Win Tickets to the Reunion With Mikey” Promotion?
Current Digicel+ customers who pay their July bill in full and on time prior to 23rd July will have an opportunity to win a ticket to the Reunion with Mikey at the Kensington Mall Car Park, Fontabelle, Bridgetown, St. Michael.

2. What is the promotional period for the Promotion?
The promotion is valid from 15th July, 2024 12:00:01AM through to 23rd July, 2024 11:59:59PM.

3. Who is eligible to enter the Promotion?
In order to be eligible for the Promotion, you must be:
a. a current Digicel+ customer;
b. residents of Barbados. 
The Following customers are excluded from participating in the Promotion:
a. Customers do not currently have a Digicel + package with Digicel
b. Persons under the age 18 years;
c. Digicel Employees and family members.

4. How do I participate in the Promotion?
In order to be eligible for the Promotion you must pay your July 2024 bill prior to the 23rd July date.

5. Will I be notified when to participate in the Promotion?
Yes. You will be notified via SMS prompts, radio advertisements, and social media prompts.

6. How are winners selected?
Winner will be chosen through a random number selector. If your number is selected, you will receive a live call on the radio. The first person to answer the call on air will win the ticket.

7. When will calls be made?
Winning call will be made on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00am to 8:00am during the dates of July 15th to July 23rd.

8. What do I need to know about collecting my prize if I am a winner?
a. If you win, a Digicel representative will contact you by telephone, over a live radio broadcast.
b. A maximum of two (2) attempts will be made to call you within a period of twenty-four (24) hours. 
c. During the telephone call, our Digicel Representative will advise you where and 
how to redeem your prize.
d. You will be required to provide a government-issued identification in the form of a 
Passport, Driver's License or National Identification Card.
e. If someone is collecting your prize on your behalf they will be required to provide 
a written request from you a copyp of your ID and copy of their ID. 
You agree that if you are a winner, you will permit photographs of you to be taken and for 
your image, likeness and name (your “Likeness”) to be used for public relations and 
marketing purposes free of cost, including the publishing of your Likeness on social 
media, mainstream media and other platforms that we may choose. If you refuse to do 
so, you acknowledge that this will result in forfeiture of your right to claim the prize.

9. What happens if the prize is not claimed?
If you win you will have seven (7) days in which to claim your prize. If the prize is not claimed within the allotted time then another winner will be selected. 

                                      Additional Terms and Conditions

1. This Promotion is offered for your personal use and not for commercial use and you agree not to sell any rewards redeemed through this Promotion.

2. We reserve the right to disqualify you or terminate this offer if, in our sole opinion, the Promotion is being abused, such abuse to include but not be limited to selling or attempts to sell the prizes, whether on a commercial basis or otherwise, general abuse deemed as an attempt to undermine the integrity of our services.

3. You are solely responsible for all associated fees and costs incurred by you for redemption of Other Prizes and for connectivity and data usage in relation to your use of the App. Be reminded that once roaming, you will not be able to use any data from your local prepaid or select postpaid plans.

4. The selected winners must have complied with these Terms and Conditions to enter and be on an active, qualifying contract with no accounts held with Digicel being in arrears to be eligible to win the prizes.

5. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue (permanently or temporarily), this Promotion being offered to you at our discretion.

6. If a prize is unavailable, we may, in our discretion, substitute the prize with an alternative prize to the equal value and/or specification.

7. Prizes are not exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash.

8. We reserve the right to, at any time, with or without notice, vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion. In the event of us giving notice to you of any such changes to or cancellation of the Promotion, it shall suffice for us to give you notice via messages to your handset/device or to post such notification on the Digicel website or the App. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.

9. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion by Digicel and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the promotion on behalf of the Digicel and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without the individual’s prior consent. By entering this Promotion, you consent to the use of your personal data by Digicel and/or any agent appointed by it to assist with running the promotion for the purposes of administration of the promotion (including publishing your full name and county and/or disclosing it to third parties on request if you are the winner) and any other purposes to which you have consented. 10.Winners may be required to take part in related publicity, including (without limitation) publication of the name and image of a promotion winner along with their winning entry via Digicel’s website, social media and other press and media channels. No additional payment will be given for this.

11.In addition to these Terms and Conditions, you remain bound by our My Digicel 
App Terms and Conditions of Use.
