Digicel+ Fibre 600 Terms and Conditions

The Digicel+ offer frequently asked Questions (“FAQ”) and Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your participation in the Package. You should read these FAQs and Terms carefully before participating in the Package.

“We” or “us” means Digicel Group Limited, a company registered under the laws of Barbados with registered offices 2nd Floor, William Tower, William Industries Complex, Warrens, St. Michael.  References to “we”, “our” and “us” in these Terms also includes our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time.

“I” or “You” means the person participating in the Package (and “my” and “your” shall have the same meaning).

By participating in the Package, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, you should stop participating in the Package immediately.

 

  1. How much internet speed do I get in Fibre 600?
  • You will receive 600 Mbps of upload and download speed.

  1. How do I sign up for Digicel+ services?
  • Visit any of our Retail stores Dome, Sky Mall, Colonnade Mall & Sheraton Mall
  • With any Direct Sales agent who may visit your community

  1. How much do I have to pay for installation?
  • New installations are FREE!

 

  1. Can I upgrade my internet speed?
  • To upgrade your internet speed, you will have to upgrade your package to Fibre 1000.

 

  1. How much does it cost to relocate my modem?
  • Relocation of modem cost varies from $50 - $150.

 

  1. Can Smart WiFi be added to my internet plan?
  • Yes
