Time for an upgrade

Dear Digicel client,

Aruba’s favorite network continues to be the leader in technology and service. Our current initiative is upgrading our entire Aruba network and subscriber base to LTE.

LTE technology with the Digicel network brings you increased speed of wireless data transfer.

You, as our valued customer, will also be upgrading to LTE so that you can enjoy improved data speeds and a faster service.

Your cellphone may need a setting adjustment to convert to LTE. We invite you to come to any Aruba Digicel location for assistance with this setting change. However, a dedicated team is placed at Digicel Tanki Leendert between Tuesday and Saturday from 9am to 5:30pm. You can also follow the steps below to switch your network settings:

1. Open settings
2. Select Cellular
3. Select SIM
4. Select Voice and Data
5. Select 3G

Android

6. Open settings
7. Select Cellular
8. Select SIM
9. Select Voice and Data
10. Select 3G

We invite you to make the switch on us before April 1st, 2024 when all our clients will be automatically upgraded to the LTE Network.
