Terms & Conditions for the Digicel Anguilla "Prizes Prizes Galore" Promotion
Promotion Period: November 15th, 2024 to January 10th, 2025

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your participation in the Digicel Anguilla "Prizes Prizes Galore" Promotion (the "Promotion"). By participating, you agree to abide by these Terms.

"We," "our," and "us" refer to Wireless Ventures (Anguilla) Limited t/a Digicel (Anguilla) Limited, a company registered under the laws of Anguilla with registered offices at Rock Farm P O Box 1640, The Valley, Anguilla.

"I" or "you" refers to the individual participant in the Promotion (and “my” and “your shall have the same meaning)

These Terms incorporate the Digicel Terms of Use, Digicel Privacy Policy, and other relevant documents. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, or if you are under the age of 18, please do not participate in the Promotion.

1. What is the "Prizes Prizes Galore" Promotion?

The "Prizes Prizes Galore" Promotion runs from November 15, 2024 to January 10, 2025 (the "Promotional Period"). During this period, Digicel is offering customers a chance to win daily prizes by competing in qualifying activities.

Each day, one winner will be selected randomly from all eligible participants who complete any of following qualifying activities:

• New Prepaid Mobile Activations and Plan Activations.
• New Prepaid customers
• Activation of any of our prepaid plans
• Prime Ultra 1 Day Plan - $6.75
• Prime Ultra 3 Day Plan - $18.95
• Prime Ultra 5 Day Plan - $29.95
• Prime Ultra 10 Day Plan - $54.95
• Prime Ultra 30 Day Plan - $143.95

• Pay Postpaid Bill in Full & On Time.
• Upgrade from Prepaid to Postpaid. Customers must upgrade to one of the following Postpaid Supreme Plans:
• Anguilla Supreme Extra
• Anguilla Supreme More
• Anguilla Supreme Share 2 Individual
• Anguilla Supreme Share 3 Individual
• ATG - Supreme Share 2
•  ATG - Supreme Share 2 Pooled
• ATG - Supreme Share 3
• ATG - Supreme Share 3 Pooled
• New Postpaid Activations. New activations are to be on one of the following postpaid plans:
• Anguilla Supreme Extra
• Anguilla Supreme More
• Anguilla Supreme Share 2 Individual
• Anguilla Supreme Share 3 Individual
• ATG - Supreme Share 2
• ATG - Supreme Share 2 Pooled
• ATG - Supreme Share 3
• ATG - Supreme Share 3 Pooled
• New Digicel+ Home Internet Activations.

2. Who Can Participate?

Eligible Participants:

• New and Existing Prepaid and Postpaid Digicel customers.
• Customers who upgrade from Prepaid to Postpaid.
• Persons who activate any of the qualifying plans, bundles, or services listed above during the Promotional Period.

Exclusions:
The following persons cannot participate:

• Corporate and business account customers.
• Any person who is not a legal resident of Anguilla.
• Any person under the age of 18.
• Employees and immediate family members of Digicel and its affiliates.

3. How to Participate

To enter the Promotion and qualify for the daily raffle, you must complete one of the following qualifying activities:

• New Prepaid or Postpaid Activation (including any of the qualifying plans or bundles).
• Pay Your Postpaid Bill in Full & On Time.
• Upgrade to a Postpaid Supreme Plan.
• Activate a Digicel+ Home Internet Service.

Method of Participation:

• In-store: Visit a Digicel store and complete a qualifying activity.
• MyDigicel App: Complete a qualifying activity via the app.
• Digicel Website: Complete a qualifying activity through the Digicel website.

4. How Will Winners Be Selected?

• One (1) winner will be selected each day from the pool of qualifying participants during the Promotional period.
• A random draw will be conducted daily using Raffle Manager.
• A customer can only win once during the Promotional Period.

Winner Selection Dates:
The daily raffle will take place on the following days. Winners will be announced the following business day via Digicel's social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram).

Example of Winner Announcements (Full Dates Below):

• Day 1: Nov 15, 2024 – Winner announced on Nov 16, 2024
• Day 2: Nov 16, 2024 – Winner announced on Nov 18, 2024
• (Skip days and other dates will follow the schedule, with winners announced two days after the qualifying activity date.)

5. What Can You Win?

• Daily winners will receive prizes, which may include various items such as collateral and Telco prizes. The exact nature of the prizes will be communicated to each winner directly.

6. How will winners be notified that they have one?

• Winners will be contacted by a Digicel representative via phone on the number used to enter the Promotion.
• A maximum of three attempts will be made to reach the winner within 24 hours.
• Winners must claim their prize within 48 hours of being contacted. If the prize is not claimed within this time frame, a new winner will be selected.

7. Prize Collection

• Winners will be informed where to collect their prize.
• Government-issued ID (e.g., passport, driver's license, or national ID) must be presented for prize collection.
• Winners may be asked to participate in a brief interview for promotional purposes, which will be shared on Digicel's social media.

Can someone else collect the prize for you?
Yes, if you cannot collect the prize in person, you may designate another person to collect it on your behalf. That person must provide their ID and may be asked to participate in the promotional interview.

8. Additional Terms and Conditions

• This Promotion is offered for your personal use and not for commercial use and you agree not to sell any rewards redeemed through this Promotion.

• We reserve the right to disqualify you or terminate this offer if, in our opinion, the Promotion is being abused, such abuse to include but not be limited to selling or attempts to sell the prizes, whether on a commercial basis or otherwise, general abuse deemed as an attempt to undermine the integrity of our services.

• You are solely responsible for all associated fees and costs incurred by you for redemption of the prize and for connectivity and data usage in relation to your use. Be reminded that once roaming, you will be able participate in this promotion.

• The selected winners must have complied with these Terms and Conditions to enter and be on an active, qualifying contract with no accounts held with Digicel being in arrears to be eligible to win the prizes.

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue (permanently or temporarily), this Promotion being offered to you upon consultation and approval of the relevant authorities.

• If a prize is unavailable, we may, in our discretion, substitute the prize with an alternative prize to the equal value and/or specification with the approval of the relevant authorities.

• We reserve the right to, at any time, with or without notice, vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion upon consultation and approval of the relevant authorities. In the event of us giving notice to you of any such changes to or cancellation of the Promotion, it shall suffice for us to give you notice via messages to your handset/device or to post such notification on the Digicel website or the App. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.

• Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion by Digicel and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the promotion on behalf of the Digicel and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without the individual’s prior consent. By entering this Promotion, you consent to the use of your personal data by Digicel and/or any agent appointed by it to assist with running the promotion for the purposes of administration of the promotion (including publishing your full name and county and/or disclosing it to third parties on request if you are the winner) and any other purposes to which you have consented.
