1. What is the "Prizes Prizes Galore" Promotion?

The "Prizes Prizes Galore" Promotion is a daily giveaway where Digicel Anguilla customers have the chance to win exciting prizes by completing certain qualifying activities. The promotion runs from November 15th, 2024 to January 10th, 2025. Each day, one winner will be randomly selected from eligible participants who complete the required activities.

2. Who Can Participate?

Eligible Participants:

• New and existing Prepaid and Postpaid Digicel customers.
• Customers who upgrade from Prepaid to Postpaid.
• Residents of Anguilla.

Exclusions:

• Corporate and business account customers.
• Any person under the age of 18.
• Employees and immediate family members of Digicel and its affiliates.

3. How Do I Participate?

To qualify for the daily raffle, complete any of the following activities:

• New Prepaid or Postpaid Activation (including any of the qualifying plans or bundles).
• Pay your Postpaid Bill in full and on time.
• Upgrade to a Postpaid Supreme Plan (from Prepaid).
• Activate a Digicel+ Home Internet service.

Method of Participation:

• In-store: Visit any Digicel store to complete a qualifying activity.
• MyDigicel App: Use the MyDigicel App to complete a qualifying activity.
• Digicel Website: Complete a qualifying activity through the Digicel website.

4. How Are Winners Selected?

• Winner Selection: One winner will be selected daily from all eligible participants.
• Random Draw: Winners will be selected through a random draw using Raffle Manager.
• Winner Limit: A customer can only win once during the promotion period.
• Announcement: Winners will be announced via Digicel’s social media (Facebook & Instagram) the day after the qualifying activity.

Example of Winner Announcement Schedule:

• Day 1: Nov 15, 2024 – Winner announced on Nov 16, 2024
• Day 2: Nov 16, 2024 – Winner announced on Nov 18, 2024
• (Skip days and other dates will follow the same pattern with winners announced two days after each qualifying activity.)

5. What Can I Win?

Daily winners will receive various prizes, including but not limited to Telco-related items and promotional collateral. The exact prizes will be communicated to winners directly.

6. How Will I Be Notified if I Win?

• Notification: Winners will be contacted by a Digicel representative via phone on the number used to participate.
• Attempts to Reach Winner: A maximum of three attempts will be made within 24 hours to contact the winner.
• Prize Claim: Winners must claim their prize within 48 hours of being contacted. If the prize is not claimed within this time frame, a new winner will be selected.

7. How Do I Collect My Prize?

• Prize Collection: Winners will be informed where and how to collect their prize.
• ID Requirements: Winners must present a government-issued ID (e.g., Passport, Driver's License, or National ID).
• Promotional Interview: Winners may be asked to participate in a short interview for promotional purposes, which may be featured on Digicel’s social media platforms.

Can Someone Collect the Prize for Me? Yes, you may designate someone else to collect your prize on your behalf. They must provide their ID and may be asked to participate in the promotional interview on your behalf.

8. General Terms and Conditions

• Prize Distribution: Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable.
• Publicity: By entering, you give Digicel permission to use your name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation.
• No Commercial Use: This promotion is for personal use only. You cannot sell or attempt to sell any prizes won through the promotion.
• Modification & Termination: Digicel reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time for any reason.
• Liability: Digicel is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation or prize collection.
• Data Protection: By participating, you consent to Digicel using your personal data to administer the promotion.
